House rules -The swimming pool does not have a safety barrier, it is the responsibility of the adults to supervise the children, the depth is 1.50m. -The entry and exit of the swimming pool and spa must be through the accesses provided for this purpose (ladder or other), it is strictly forbidden to jump or dive into the pool, under penalty of degradation of the coating surrounding the pool and spa. -the swim spa is for a maximum of 6 people at the same time. -The pool and swim spa must be used free of sunscreen or oil, otherwise the water will be saturated and turn green and a supplement for water replacement and cleaning will be charged! -It is forbidden to enter or allow an animal to enter the wet house. -Pets should relieve themselves outside the house in the natural, not synthetic turf area, and their owners should collect and dispose of droppings. -It is forbidden to use hookahs, barbecue or any appliance on artificial turf because they can degrade or burn it. -It is forbidden to receive more people than the number which corresponds to your reservation.
Deposit of 2000 € in Pre-authorization by bank credit card. -Thank you for returning the house in the condition in which you found it (dishes done, garbage cans taken out) Otherwise an additional cleaning charge will be applied. -The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed, no noise pollution between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. if this is not respected, penalties will be applied.
Lodges rules -The swimming pool does not have a safety barrier, it is your responsibility to supervise the children, depth of 1.25m. -The entry and exit of the swimming pool must be through the accesses provided for this purpose (ladder or other), jumping or diving in the swimming pool is strictly forbidden, under penalty of deterioration of the coating surrounding the swimming pool. -The pool must be used free of sunscreen or oil, otherwise the water will be saturated and turn green and a supplement for water replacement and cleaning will be charged! -It is forbidden to enter or allow an animal to enter the wet bungalows. -Pets should relieve themselves outside the house in the natural grass or gravel area and not on the synthetic turf, and their owners should collect and dispose of droppings. -It is forbidden to use hookahs, barbecue or any device on artificial turf as they can degrade or burn it. -It is forbidden to receive more people than the number which corresponds to your reservation. -Each bungalow has parking for a maximum of two cars and must be parked in front of their spaces on the right side of the track. - the shared barbecue pool area is available to all tenants, to respect other users you must leave the area clean after use, barbecue, plancha, fridge, swimming pool and deckchair must be cleaned after use.

The stay for pets costs 20€ per animal for the duration of the stay
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if arrival date is 90 days or more away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 90 days before arrival date. No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date.
Time slot for arrivals 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Departure time until 11:00 a.m.
For all rentals longer than 28 nights, the amount of the deposit is set at the equivalent of 15 nights of rental and the cost of electricity is based on a flat rate for 30 nights (1300kW/h for the house, 350kW /h for lodges with swimming pool, 300kW/h for lodges without swimming pool, 150kW/h for lodges with 2 bedrooms, 90kW/h for lodges with 1 bedroom) the excess is billed according to the consumption recorded on the meter of each lodge at 0.25 € per kW/h
